American Idol, The Day After: St. Louis Auditions Dish
Last night, "American Idol" headed to St. Louis, for the final auditions episode of Season 11. (Sorry, New Jersey auditioners, your originally scheduled episode has been scrapped.) There were a few (five, specifically) promising singers in the mix, but today my "Day After" co-host Matt Whitfield and I are still feeling a little deflated.

New Football-Themed Madonna Video Gives Clues To Super Bowl Performance
Every since Janet Jackson's "wardrobe malfunction" at the 2004 Super Bowl had shocked game viewers doing spit-takes into their buffalo wings, half-time performances have been kneejerk-reactionary, sedate affairs, mostly by graying male rockers (McCartney, the Stones, Springsteen, Petty) who were pretty unlikely to have Justin Timberlake rip off their clothes mid-performance.
